Every piece leaves my hands carefully packaged and ships from South Carolina.

United States

Free shipping on all US orders — no minimum, no code needed. It's already applied at checkout.

Expedited / Rush Shipping (US)

Need it fast? Expedited shipping is available for $45 and is calculated based on carrier rates at checkout. Reach out before ordering if you have a hard deadline and I'll do my best to make it work.

Canada

Flat rate shipping to Canada is $18 USD via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Most packages arrive within 7–14 business days, though customs can add time.

United Kingdom & Australia

Flat rate shipping is $28 USD. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. I'm not able to predict or cover these fees, so please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. I'm a one-woman studio, so I appreciate your patience — every order gets my personal attention before it goes out the door.

Returns & Store Credit

Because each piece is handcrafted and often one of a kind, all sales are final. I don't offer refunds.

Store Credit

If something isn't right, I'm happy to work with you. Store credit is available on a case-by-case basis — just reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Damage on Arrival

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the damage, I'll do my best to assess whether a repair is possible. Items may need to be returned to me for evaluation — shipping costs for returns due to damage will be covered.

Natural Inclusions & Handmade Character

Gemstones are natural materials. Inclusions, color variation, and slight asymmetry are part of what makes each stone unique — they're not defects. I photograph my work as accurately as possible, but monitors vary and natural stone will always have its own personality. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
